As the frequency of launches picks up on the Space Coast — both United Launch Alliance and SpaceX have launches scheduled this month — more opportunities have emerged for contractors who do support work. Florida parcels out $50 million to help restore springs
Florida has picked 40 projects from across the state that will get a share of $50 million aimed at restoring some of the state's springs. The $50 million in Legacy Florida funding for springs restoration projects was included in Governor Scott’s recommended budget and approved by the Legislature earlier this year. Thousands of Florida properties now in high-risk flood zones
