Full Sail University wins three awards
Full Sail University was once again named one of the Princeton Review’s “Top 50 Undergraduate Schools to Study Game Design for 2017,” as well as one of the “Top 25 Graduate Schools for Game Design for 2017.” The Princeton Review chose the schools based on a survey it conducted in 2016 of 150 institutions offering game design coursework and/or degrees in the United States, Canada, and countries abroad.
Sponsored by Autodesk, The Rookies announced the official rankings for the "Best Creative Schools in the World for 2017." Full Sail University projects are featured on the list (ranking international schools and projects) twice, ranking 3rd in the Architecture category and 9th in Next-Gen Gaming. The results were calculated based on the voting of 1,800 submissions of portfolios from students and recent graduates studying at over 500 international schools and training facilities.
GDUSA (Graphic Design USA Magazine) once again named Full Sail University as a “2017 Top Graphic Design School.” According to the publication, the list is comprised of institutions that excel in preparing students to work successfully and effectively in a professional graphic design setting. In addition two Full Sail University alumni, Lizzie Miller (Graphic Design Bachelors) and Julia Royal (Media Design MFA), were selected to appear on the magazine’s prestigious “2017 Students to Watch” list.
