Miami commissioners are expected Thursday to entertain negotiations to lease the site of their riverside administrative headquarters to a private developer and pay for a custom-made office building elsewhere in the city.

› Pulse nightclub owner says she won't sell to city of Orlando
Barbara Poma, the owner of Pulse, said Monday that she does not plan to sell the nightclub to the city of Orlando. The city hoped to eventually build a permanent memorial on the land.
