› Iconic Jacksonville Southbank office tower sold for $53.4 million
Riverplace Tower on Jacksonville’s Southbank has been sold for $53.4 million, its seller announced. Lingerfelt CommonWealth Partners of Richmond, Va., purchased the 28-story building in 2014 for $29 million.
