The Rolling Stones have long held “It’s only rock ‘n’ roll” but will everyone “like it” when the band becomes the first British rock group to perform an open air concert in Cuba later this month?

› Orlando-based API Technologies sells for about $110M
The company (NASDAQ: ATNY) said it would be purchased for $2 per share, which would be about $110 million based on the number of outstanding shares currently, 55.43 million. The buyer is an affiliate of private equity firm J. F. Lehman & Company.

› Major cruise line gives its China-bound ship a name
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings on Monday officially announced the name of its first ship built specifically for the China market: Norwegian Joy.

› Surgeon general's confirmation postponed again with a re-hearing uncertain
Dr. John Armstrong's confirmation as state surgeon general was again postponed Tuesday after the Gov. Rick Scott appointee didn't have enough support in a Senate panel. But this may have been his last shot.
