› Embraer, Lockheed adding 280 jobs in Brevard
Embraer Aero Seating Technologies announced Monday morning that will invest $3.5 million and create 150 jobs in North Brevard County. Gov. Rick Scott made the announced at the 51st International Paris Air Show at Enterprise Florida pavilion.

› Governor, Cabinet agree to revise email policies, settle Sunshine lawsuit
Gov. Rick Scott and the Florida Cabinet have agreed to settle a lawsuit brought by the Miami Herald, the Tampa Bay Times, and other media organizations over the behind-the-scenes firing of former FDLE Commissioner Gerald Bailey.

› States are planning to slow their spending in 2016
U.S. states plan to slow spending growth in fiscal 2016, taking a cautious approach to forecasting and budgeting amid only modest increases in revenue, according to a survey of states published on Tuesday.
