Potential updates to Florida’s medical fee schedule for workers compensation health care providers could increase the state’s workers comp system costs by $61 million, or 1.9% annually, the National Council on Compensation Insurance says.

› Under Armour files trademark suit against Florida fishing apparel maker
Under Armour Inc. is suing a Florida-based company for infringing on its trademark. The Baltimore sportswear maker this week filed a suit against Salt Armour Inc., a Boca Raton, Fla.-based fishing apparel company.
