The shift in power in Congress may give small businesses help with taxes and regulations, but there's little expectation that sweeping changes are in store. Fortune ranks Orlando No. 1 for jobs growth

Fortune magazine ranked Orlando first in the nation for jobs growth in 2014, using data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Miami ranked No. 4. Business Incubator heats up Central Florida job market

Fifteen years after the founding of the Business Incubator Program at UCF, the entrepreneurial organization has created nearly 3,600 jobs and established 100 companies. Price it right when selling a home in a slowing Mmarket

Bidding wars may still be breaking out in certain pockets of the country, but the days of sellers holding all the cards seem to be fading.
