The federal fishery managers will not list queen conch on the endangered species list, but harvest of it in United States waters will remain prohibited.

› Info Tech building headquarters in Celebration Pointe
Gainesville-based Info Tech, a consulting and software company that employs 240 people, is planning to move its headquarters to Celebration Pointe.

› Green dye released into Everglades in experiment
Neon green dye is being released into the Everglades to help scientists refine projects aimed at restoring the natural flow of water through the wetlands. Starting Tuesday, officials are substantially increasing the flow of water from the wetlands north of Everglades National Park south toward Florida Bay.

› Burger King's sales grow most in 2 years
Burger King Worldwide Inc. posted its strongest growth in quarterly same-restaurant sales in North America in two years, at a time larger rival McDonald's Corp is struggling in the highly competitive market.
