Home price gains slow for 6th straight month

U.S. home prices rose in May from a year earlier at the weakest pace in 15 months as sales remain modest in the spring buying season. The Standard & Poor's/Case-Shiller 20-city home price index, released Tuesday, increased 9.3 percent in May from 12 months earlier. More at the AP, the Sarasota Herald-Tribune, and CNNMoney.

Delta to offer free entertainment on U.S. flights

With their plethora of fees, airlines aren't known for giving away services. But Delta Air Lines says it will offer free movies, TV shows, music and video games on all U.S. flights of 90 minutes or more, starting Friday.

About a year after securing $1 million in seed funding, Miami startup SportsManias said it has closed on an additional $3.5 million in Series A financing to help it scale its business. bonjour telelvision Bonjour Television Network Group, a Miami-based entertainment network targeting the French-speaking market in the United States, said it will soon begin offering four television channels with varied programming.
