› Florida County to Sell $190 Million of Bonds for Senior Home
An agency of Palm Beach County, Florida, plans to issue $190 million of revenue bonds for a nonprofit developer to build a retirement community. The securities, originally scheduled to be issued this week by the county’s Health Facilities Authority, will instead be sold after the county approves a pending building permit.

› Miami-Dade primate import company in court tussle with aggressive protest group
A lawsuit filed by Worldwide Primates, a Miami-Dade company that imports monkeys for biomedical research, says activists have terrorized employees.

› Medical device firm to expand in Deerfield Beach
SHL Pharma, a designer and maker of drug-delivery systems that enable patients to give their own injections, announced an expansion Monday of its Deerfield Beach location. The company, which employs 44, plans to add another 30 employees over the next year.

› Miami Foundation seeks creative public space ideas
The Miami Foundation is looking for creative and classic ways to repurpose public spaces across Miami-Dade County. So far submissions for the 2nd annual Our Miami Public Space Challenge include a disc golf course and a nonprofit fish restaurant that could train military vets and others in the food business.
