Modernizing Medicine: Best Midsized Company - No. 31

What do you like best about your company?

Ben Aiken
Lead software engineer
Boca Raton - Health care IT

“Everybody’s just so smart, so excited, so emphatic about being here and contributing to what we’re doing. Our CEO has mentioned it many times: We’re trying to change medicine and improve it. There are free snacks. We do free Friday breakfast, Monday lunch. We have masseuses come in regularly. We have an arcade machine. We have produce delivery, which is great. We have three walking workstations. You can take your laptop and hop on treadmill. We do company barbecues. We exercise together after work. We’ve built this company to be just a big family that works together.”

  • B) It's not a tax - only tapping natural increases in revenue
