“Vacancy rates are stabilizing. Pricing is stabilizing. There appears to be activity in all sectors, both sales and leasing. Office seems to be leading with industrial and retail close behind. … The banks are so overwhelmed with CMBS and foreclosed product that they’re still finding it hard to finance new projects. … We’re seeing the biggest influx (of investors) from Latin America and Europe and Canada.”
