Office vacancy rates remained at double-digit levels in each of the Orlando area's 13 submarkets during the second quarter, reflecting ongoing leasing weakness.

12.9% Winter Park's vacancy rate, the lowest in the 13 submarkets

29.3% Altamonte Springs' rate, the highest

18.9% Orlando's Central Business District rate

20.7% Overall vacancy for the 13 submarkets
