» Kirby B. Green III, who served for 10 years as executive director of the St. Johns River Water Management District, retired. He is the third executive director to leave Florida's five water-management districts in the wake of Gov. Rick Scott's attempts to rein in the districts' spending.

» Jacksonville Bank has named Scott M. Hall president. Hall helped establish the bank in 1999.

» Timothy Terry, most recently president and CEO of Enterprise Bank in North Palm Beach, was named president and CEO of Putnam State Bank. He replaces Wayne McClain, who joined Beck Automotive Group as general manager of the newly acquired Palatka Ford dealership.
