» Capex Properties, a Palm Beach Gardens-based developer, teamed up with David Hocker & Associates, an Owensboro, Ky.-based commercial developer, to acquire the Delray Beach Yacht Club on the Intracoastal Waterway for $25 million. The partners plan to convert the 44-slip marina into "dockominiums" starting at $450,000 and to tear down the yacht club and erect a low-rise condominium with 20 units priced from $2.5 million.

» Centerline Homes, a Coral Springs-based developer, plans to build 320 townhouses in Lauderhill on 32 acres about a half-mile north of Sunrise Boulevard on State Road 7. The Georgetown project, aimed at families, is slated to have two-story and three-story townhomes starting from the $200,000s.

» H&H Development Co. is in a partnership with Carlyle Group, the large private equity firm, to develop City Palms, a 288-unit condominium project in downtown West Palm Beach. Coral Gables-based H&H said the 10-story mixed-use project will offer units starting from the $300,000s.
