? Charles J. Frankel III was tapped as president of Cypress Trust Co., a unit of Cypress Capital Group, based in Palm Beach. Frankel was previously managing director and division president at U.S. Trust Co. in Boca Raton.
? Victor Yue was named managing partner of the Fort Lauderdale office of Dorsky Hodgson Parrish Yue, a national architectural firm. Yue, who joined the firm in 2000, previously held the title of partner at the firm.
? Jorge A. Plasencia was named vice president and operating manager of AM stations/RadioCadena Univision at Univision Communications in Miami. Plasencia also retains some existing responsibilities and assumes the title of vice president/corporate relations at Univision Radio.
