Reyes, son of Cuban immigrants, of West Palm Beach, has practiced architecture for more than 25 years. He is the vice president and chief development officer at LEO A DALY. "I believe architecture plays a fundamental role in culture, whether by responding to a particular cultural experience or helping to shape new cultural expressions," he said.
