Training Plan (What are you doing to lose the weight?):
At this time I am purely doing Cardio. Specifically I am walking on the treadmill between 5 and 7 miles a day. Once I plateau, I plan to add in some weight training. I have also gone to a mostly whole foods diet. This means very little dairy, red meat and pork. This also means I have cut out most items that have been overly processed or havean abundance of preservatives. Pretty much, if it did not occur naturally, then I try not to eat it

The hardest food you have given up:
Sodas (specifically Mountain Dew)
