Ocala's Ocoos.com was the first tenant in Ocala-Marion County's new business incubator that opened in February. The incubator is called the Power Plant for its location in the city's old brick electric building a few blocks south of downtown. Ocoos wants to build the "Amazon of services," says CEO Rahul Razdan, with an initial focus on adventure tourism and home healthcare markets in Florida. The company is a University of Florida spinoff, has venture capital investment from out of state and has nine employees.
