Former Florida Supreme Court Justice Ricky Polston, a partner in the Tallahassee office of Shutts & Bowen LLP and Chair of the firm's Constitutional Law Section, is now a panel member of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) National Roster of Arbitrators.
