Abel L. Iglesias [left] has been named CEO of Professional Bank and Professional Holding Corp. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the bank.
Herbert Martens, a Professional Bank founder, has been named the non-executive Chairman of the Board of both entities. He is the Managing Partner of Advent Associates, LLC, a private investment company.
