Universal Engineering Sciences appointed Michael Dear as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Dear is an experienced finance leader with 30 years of global expertise in engineering services and construction. He most recently served as CFO for PLH Group. Prior to that, he worked at John Wood Group. Originally from Scotland, Mike is a six-time World Pipe Band Champion.
