The Florida Citrus Mutual (FCM) board of directors announces G. Mathew “Matt” Joyner has been selected to serve as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of the organization effective April 1, 2022. A seventh-generation Floridian, Joyner holds a bachelor’s in business administration from USF and has served as director of government relations for FCM since 2018.
