Amit Agarwal has joined Holland & Knight's Tallahassee and Washington, D.C., offices. He focuses his practice on federal and state appellate litigation, complex and high-stakes issues, and federal, state and internal investigations. From 2016 to 2021, Mr. Agarwal served as Florida's solicitor general within the Office of the Attorney General.
