Darrell C. Smith has been selected to serve as a regional leader for Shumaker's newly established Corporate, Tax and Transactions Service Line. Darrell is a Partner in the Tampa office and focuses his practice on representing middle market business entities. He also has extensive experience in representing privately held growing businesses and public companies.
