Additional staff was hired to assist with pandemic-related PPP and ERTC applications and a growing number of unemployment claims. Throughout the year, we welcomed 10 new team members.

With safety a top priority, many team members started working from home to support social distancing. Although employees adapted quickly, it was important to continue our regular employee appreciation and team building events. To keep everyone engaged, we got creative! Monthly gifts were sent to all employees working from home. Balloons and treats were hand-delivered to those working from home on their birthdays. We coordinated virtual events like Happy Hour, Trivia Night, and even a Talent Show!
