Tom previously served as president of the Florida Justice Association (FJA), Jacksonville Chapter of ABOTA, Jacksonville Bar, and Jacksonville Trial Lawyers. Tom graduated from Stetson Law in 1983 and University of the South — Sewanee in 1981 with a B.A. in Economics.
