Kevin Waugaman, vice president of core services, has been promoted to chief executive officer of the company. As CEO, he is responsible for overseeing the Northeast Florida brokerage operation in addition to the company's affiliated lending, relocation, title, and property management businesses. Waugaman will also oversee accounting and operations.
