Carbonxt developed system to remove phosphates from water

HydRestor, currently in the pilot phase, is used to remove excess phosphate in waste-water treatment plants. Pellets are dropped into a tank filled with water. When water flows through the vessel, the phosphate sticks to the pellet, and clean water comes out the other side.

Phosphates are a major contributor to the growth of the algae in Florida’s waterways that block sunlight from the waterways and kill fish, sea turtles, sea birds and other aquatic wildlife.
