Christina "Cina" Welch, Esq. has been named president & CEO of FCCI Insurance Group. She began her career with FCCI in 1998 as attorney in the legal department and has held progressively complex roles. She developed FCCI's Enterprise Risk Management program, has been leading FCCI's Business Continuity Management program, and led the company's geographic expansion efforts.
