ACCOLADES
Betsy Pennewill serves as corporate counsel at the Community Foundation of Sarasota County, Inc., working with donors and professional advisors to craft planned giving agreements and ensuring compliance with IRC regulations for foundations. She is also skilled in real estate transactions and estate planning matters. Pennewill is a member the Public Policy Committee of the Florida Philanthropic Network and Philanthropy Southeast, and is a past board chair of Charitable Gift Planners of Southwest Florida.
