Orchid Insurance, one of the largest independent managing general underwriters with a focus in catastrophe-exposed properties, has appointed Michael Garamoni as Chief Financial Officer. Garamoni has spent the past 13 years in finance, reporting and planning, which included roles as VP of Global Finance for Ryan Specialty Group, and at Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
