Dervech will be joining Jim Michalak, continuing to specialize primarily in unanchored shopping center investment product and advisory services. With over 30 years of experience, Jim Michalak is a long-standing shopping center investment sales veteran selling anchored shopping center product throughout the State of Florida. Jim and his team have directly been involved in over 250 shopping center transactions, totaling $2.5 billion.
