Plant-based chef and author, Megan Sadd, is bringing a taste of LA’s vibrant food scene to Seminole Heights for a one-night-only vegan pop-up and cookbook signing, to celebrate the release of her debut cookbook 30 Minute Vegan Dinners: 75 Fast Plant-Base Meals You’re Going To Crave! (sold in all major bookstores and Whole Foods)

Megan is curating a special menu for the event, featuring Southern style plant-based comfort food. Mermaid Tavern’s regular menu will also available during service.
