Tijuana Flats has hired three industry veterans to manage the company into its next chapter of expansion. Brian Wright [left], with 35 years in restaurant management, has been named CEO. Louie Psallidas [center], with over two decades in the restaurant sector, is now CFO. Steve Culbert [right], who has worked with brands such as Carrabba's and Au Bon Pain, has been named Senior VP of Operations.
