Lighthouse of SWFL announced the appointment of Dotty St. Amand as the agency’s new chief executive officer. Lighthouse of SWFL is a nationally accredited United Way partner agency that provides vision rehabilitation and support services to individuals experiencing major vision loss and blindness.
