Port Canaveral CEO Capt. John Murray has been elected vice-chair of the Florida Seaport Transportation and Economic Development Council. The Council is a public entity created by statute and charged with carrying out Florida’s economic development mission through implementation of seaport capital improvement projects at the local level.
