Moffitt Cancer Center appointed Dominic Seraphin as the new vice president of Strategic Alliances & Network - a group dedicated to expanding access to Moffitt's high-quality cancer care to more people. Seraphin will concentrate on creating innovative partnerships to offer Moffitt services to more patients throughout the Tampa Bay area and beyond.
