Fans of bacon can now buy bouquets of it from Boca Raton-based Bacon Boxes.  Founded two years ago by 20-something friends Logan Rae and Kimberly Hruda, Bacon Boxes makes bouquets, pork or duck, that run from $109 to $360. Rae, who is finishing a neuroscience degree from Florida Atlantic University, made a bacon bouquet for a friend and delivered it to his office. The co-worker response was so overwhelming that she and Hruda decided to make a business of it.

The company, selected to join the FAU Tech Runway incubator, has a handful of employees and is looking for investment and more space. The company cures, smokes and slices the bacon itself, then makes its arrangements.
