Cushman & Wakefield announced that Scott Garlick has been named Tampa Managing Principal. The office brokerage veteran & former Major League Soccer All-Star will assume leadership of the firm's Tampa operations. Garlick has negotiated transactions in excess of 5 million square feet. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Garlick spent 12 years playing professional soccer.
