Labor & Employment Nomination criteria:

Notable Labor & Employment Lawyers must...

• Be based in Florida; be in good standing with the Florida Bar Association.
• Be a practicing attorney specializing in the area of labor & employment, with a firm that includes at least 10 other attorneys.
• Have practiced in the legal profession for a minimum of 10 years.
• Have made a measurable and specific impact in the area of labor & employment law.
• Mentor or sponsor other attorneys and promote professional practices in the workplace.
• Demonstrate leadership in professional organizations and civic/community service initiatives, including pro bono work.
• Law firms will be limited to top 5 Labor & Employment Attorneys.
