Stall in national job market hasn't stopped Florida job-stayers from seeing wage growth

While the nationwide job market stalls, Florida job-stayers’ median annual wages grew by 4.7% year-over-year in November even as pay growth slowed nationwide. That’s according to the latest report from HR and payroll solutions company ADP. The report arrives as companies across the U.S. face down hiring challenges amid a labor market in flux. A passenger ferry will soon return to the waters of Tampa Bay. On Wednesday, the board of the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority voted to approve Hubbard’s Marina, a Madeira Beach business, to operate the revamped ferry service.
