Hollo was recently honored at the React 2022 Real Estate Conference with the Lifetime Achievement Award by FIU's Tibor and Sheila Hollo School of Real Estate. Beverly L. Frank, AIA, LEED AP, of Tampa, is the new president of AIA Florida. Frank is an architect whose work spans multiple universities, municipal and civic work, and projects for Tampa Bay Lightning. "Architects commit to building a world that is more beautiful and more resilient," she said. "We are also entrusted with the health, safety, and welfare of our communities." Frank, a first generation Korean American, is the first graduate of the University of South Florida and the first Asian American woman to lead AIA Florida. AIA Florida, the Florida Association of the American Institute of Architects, represents more than 3,900 members.

Matt Rapp is the new board chair of North Florida Land Trust and Charley Moore has joined the board of directors. Rapp will serve a two-year term. He joined the board in 2019 and was vice chair in 2022. Rapp is the PGA TOUR's senior vice president of Championship Management. Moore is the founder and president of The Moore Group, a corporate consultancy and investment firm.
