Codina Partners announced Juan J. Martinez as the new Chief Financial Officer. Martinez will oversee the company’s financial operations and growth strategy across its flourishing portfolio, including Downtown Doral and Regency Parc. He joins from the Knight Foundation, where he brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience.
