Justin Wallace has joined Shumaker’s Tampa office as Partner and Tax Lead. He advises on the tax consequences of a variety of transaction types for C and S corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. Justin’s real estate work includes the structure and negotiation of joint ventures, and other real estate investment and transactional matters.
