Children First celebrates 65 years of service alongside CEO Philip Tavill’s 30 years of leadership. Since 1996, Tavill has expanded services for infants and families, strengthened accountability, and earned repeated national recognition, helping build one of Florida’s most respected early learning and family strengthening organizations and continuing to guide growth today.
