Following a recent expansion, ADELE added Sierra Dean to its leadership team. A former Deputy Press Secretary in the Executive Office of Gov. Ron DeSantis, Dean brings experience in executive operations, public affairs and communications. As Director of Strategic Initiatives, Dean will lead firm-wide projects and marketing/communications strategies to advance ADELE’s mission and client impact.
