KAST Construction, West Palm Beach

Sean Ouellette has been promoted to president of KAST Construction, one of Florida’s largest privately held construction management firms. A 25-year industry veteran, Ouellette oversees operations across KAST’s West Palm Beach, Miami and Tampa offices, driving the firm’s expansion into new market sectors and growth across the state. Since joining KAST in 2016, he helped scale revenues in Tampa from $30 million to $450 million and manages high-profile projects including Mr. C Residences and The Westin Cocoa Beach Resort, now under construction. A graduate of the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker School of Construction Management, he serves on the board of the Children’s Cancer Center.
