The World, Residences at Sea, the largest privately owned residential mega yacht on Earth, announces Odalys Cadenas has joined the company as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Ms. Cadenas will oversee all human resources, training, and development functions, as well as a rotating global workforce of over 400 staff in the Fort Lauderdale office and on board the world-circumnavigating Ship.
